Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
In order to return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. If you have any return questions, please feel free to contact us at realgoodtea7@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
If you receive the wrong item or a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. Your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days if approved. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Contact us at realgoodtea7@gmail.com if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
